Excellent pressure washer product |
|
[[ASIN:B000WEIIIK Karcher Pressure Washer Vehicle Wash and Wax Soap Pac - 12 Pack #9.558-112.0]Does an excellent job in both catagories. I have a craftsman washer that dispenses a concentrate in a propotioned ratio of water and soap. However I also dry with turkish towel for the best look. There is no pressure application as good as a commercial car wash but it costs a fraction of a professional wash. |

Convenient but just okay |
|
The concept is certainly convenient if you have an onboard soap dispenser. Also, you can tell that it does leave a wax coating on your car when you're done by the way the water runs off. What this means is that you do have to make sure that you hand dry your windows though, otherwise you will see spots and streaks. The reason I didn't rate this product any higher is because I'm not sure how good the actual detergent is since it didn't do a great job getting the rims or bug guts off. |

Rip-off! |
The offered "vehicle wash & wash soap" is not worth its money!
Taking one of the 1.5 cc (0.05072 oz. for all you non-metric people) portions lasts about 5 minutes in the detergent container, and its not even enough to cover the washing of a very small car (Daihatsu Move).
The wax stays on, after drying, in streaks - even after pressure-hosing it down with clear water a couple of times - and leaves ugly marks.
My costs skyrocketed because I live in Costa Rica (shipping), so each portion (!) comes to about US$ 2.50.
If the product were that good and would last more I wouldn't mind paying a little extra, but due to the poor performance it's not worth the money.
Get some decent shampoo for the car and add that to the dispenser - and never mind the warnings about not using "original products", since that is the same game as with generic printer cartridges. |
