Should've listened - poor product
Should've listened to other reviews. Plans are to use a pressure washer 1-2 times/year, and decided on electric to avoid the problems inherent in gas powered products used infrequently. Used my Dad's 10 year old Sears Craftsman and it worked great, so figured electric would work for my light duty washing of house trim, sidewalks, decks, etc. Predominately positive reviews for the FAIP, but should have paid attention to the poor ones.
Received pressure washer, looked great, easy set up, and turned it on with great anticipation.
Water spewed from the hose to wand connection. Subsequently the spray coming from the wand wasn't strong enough to do anything. Tried to re-connect the handle to the hose, that was a fruitless exercise. Could not get the connection solid. Returned the pressure washer.
I will say that Marketadvisory is a super seller of products. I've found many, many products here cheaper than anywhere, and their customer service is outstanding. Always fast shipping, and stand behind everything sold thru them. Marketadvisory has always taken great care of me.
Now the delimma sets in, Sears doesn't make Craftsman any longer it appears, and no electric pressure washer that appears to be viewed in positive light by users. Hate to spend the money on gas, but guess I'll do it and fire it up once month for a few minutes just to keep fuel system from clogging up.

Purchased the power washer based on reviews and product information.
Was really excited that the power washer would take care of jobs around our home. Opened it up, attached the water hose and plugged it in.
Got to say set up was very easy. Used the washer on our deck.
It seemed to be working well. Turned it off and moved over the pool area to clean the concrete. Plugged it in and this is where it went down hill from there. The power washer came on a second or two and went off. This went on for about 10 minutes and I realized it wasn't going to work. Shut it down, put it away. Several days later tried to use it again and it did the same thing, came on a second or two and went off. Unplugged it and packed it up for return. The notice on the paperwork tells you to call that number, not the place where it was purchased. Well, that was a BIG hassle. Had an on line chat with the customer rep for about 15 min to half hour and at the end she told me to contact AMAZON, the place where I purchased it. AMAZON was great, no hassles, great customer service. Item was picked up quickly and notification was constant until resolution. I give AMAZON 5 stars, the power washer NONE.
Short life and shoddy service
My PW 1800-U worked about ten times over a year before the spray gun developed a bad leak. Not enough water stayed in the gun to give it any useful pressure. I took it apart but couldn't locate the problem so I emailed service. Nobody answered for about two weeks then the response from the technician was, "If the spray gun leaks you need to replace it. " So no help whatsoever there! There are several places where the seal is made by O rings but none look worn, and there are no parts lists or diagrams to show what part fits where or what the specs are. I'm very disappointed in a product that didn't deliver even a moderate amount of work without a serious failure and comes with a useless manual and worse technical service. I wouldn't buy this product and I'd send mine back to Marketadvisory if I could.

Got a used power washer covered in mud
I really haven't got a chance to try this product, but I was thrown off by the fact that Marketadvisory sent me a used product. The box came and looked like it was repackaged. I was under impression that the product will be brand new. Instead when I opened the box I found a power washer covered in mud with water leaking out from its hose. I think I got the power washer, MrFin "The Big Red One" returned. See his review below. This is very disappointing as I purchase a lot from Marketadvisory and didn't expect anything like that from them. What kind of quality control do they have and how do they expect their customers to return after that? I hope they will handle this issue fast as I am not in the mood of waiting another week and a half for a replacement.
FAIP Pressure Washer
Do NOT buy this unit. I worked very well for the first couple of months. Excellent pressure, consistent. After a couple of months, the motor would cycle repeatedly for no apparent reason. A couple of months later, the metal output housing cracked for reasons unknown.
