Don't bother |

I read the reviews about this freezer being damaged, but I thought I'd try it anyhow just to see if I had better luck. I received one and returned it, then received a second and it was just as damaged as the first. Marketadvisory handled it fine and I didn't end up wasting any money or anything, but I find it very strange that they can sell damaged goods like this. They offered a discount but it wasn't worth it to us still. We went down to a local Bernie's and picked one up for only a little more and it was in perfect condition. |

Awesome deal |

The freezer is perfect, no defects on arrival. It has a very low rate of ice buildup, almost to the point of being a frost-free unit. It has more than ample freezer space, and I particularly like the area above the compressor unit as a storage place for the ice cream maker bowls. |

My opinion |
I bought this for a friend, and as others stated it arrived dented, just in original packaging is the reason why..I called Marketadvisory and explained that it could go one of 2 ways, I could send it back and play until I got a good one, not dented or they could offer me a discount and I'd keep this one seeing that it works good, they offered me a 20% discount so I kept it.
Now unless it fails to freeze which it has been fine so far. Marketadvisory was great about this.. |

It is what it is -- and that's not bad |
Like others say, the packaging is totally incompetent. The unit got to me well dented, but works fine. This appears to be a general Marketadvisory problem, as every oversized item I've ordered here has been beat up in transit.
That said, the unit works fine. I've owned other brands of the equivalent product and this seems about the same. The price is right, so it's a good deal. |

my haier freezer was shipped without an internal drain plug. haier customer service refused to send me the missing drain plug until I provided proof of purchase, which I did not receive with the freezer, and have not been able to get from Marketadvisory.. It has been over a month now and all Ive gotten is the run-around instead of the plug!C an someone help me ? Otherwise, freezer is working well-- only defect is minor finish defect on freezer corner------AND THE MISSING INTERNAL DRAIN PLUG ! Call 843-524-7764 if you can help ! |
