Works well, it took a while to get used to the ear piece but don't really notice it now. The range is very good for my office and can work on different floors if need be. It is a neck saver! |

I purchased this product for stock. We put it in service last week and I feel this is used and returned or seconds. This product has unusable sound quality. We have 10 of the same units I purchased from the products website. I tried Marketadvisory and this is going to be my last time. I'm trying to get this unit repaired from Plantronics. Marketadvisory stated this was a new product. |

Works OK for first few months, now having a litlte problem with it |

Worked pretty well for the first 6 months, now having some issues, difficult to keep the phone handle from falling totally off the phone, constantly having to put papers under it or something to keep it from happening but great for the moving about the office/home. |
