I started taking this five days ago because a good friend (who is Bi-Polar) was suggested this by his psychiatrist. He had his appetite go way down and lost some weight. I have seen no change in appetite but I feel like I've been sleeping better and my own clinical depression has eased somewhat. Placebo effect or not, I don't know but if it helps, who cares? I like it. |
