Don't dump the whole thing in! |
|
This is tasty stuff, but you're not supposed to dump the whole packet of seasoning in. You're supposed to put a little in and add to taste. Throw in an egg and some veggies too! |

HOT HOT HOT |

DO NOT USE THE ENTIRE SPICE PACKAGE! I love spicy food but this noodle is just too hot to handle. It is also yummy. |

Best readily available ramen |
|
Great spicy Korean style noodle. since one pack is 2 servings, I often use half the noodles but the whole spice and vegetable packs for lunch to keep calories down. Some reviewers complain about the presence of MSG but perhaps they do not know that wheat protein is about half glutamate by weignt. Dietary MSG has been judged safe by all worldwide food regulators and is ubiquitous in natural products. |

Watch Out for Expiration Date!! |
|
I recently purchased this item since these are my husband's all time favorite ramen noodles. Unfortunately, these noodles arrived with an expiration date of early February 2009. So now my husband has to eat 40 packages of ramen in the next 5 months, which averages out to 8 a month. My husband loves junk food as much as the next guy, but even he would not consume this much ramen in such a short time! If I had known that these were going to expire so soon, I would have never bought them. This is not the first grocery item I've bought from Marketadvisory that has a close expiration date. In summary, don't buy this product unless you want to eat a lot of noodles in a short period of time... |

Love the Shin Ramyun ! |
Since Nong Shim rolled out this noodle in 1986, it has been a great favorite for many who appreciate spicy noodles. There are no rules as to what can be done with them - add some chicken or beef if you like. I like to add mushrooms, been sprouts, and a cooked egg on top.
