If you are following the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, this product is a staple. I have gone through a 5 pound bag of this almond flour each month for the past 3 months. I am thinking of ordering two bags at a time because it can be stored in the freezer. I find it works best in recipes when I sift it through a collander. |
