Vitamineral Green 16 Oz. Version 3.8 This is what I eat for breakfast every day. I make a smoothie with wild blueberries, a banana and juice or Diversitea, and add fresh ground Flax seed and this is all I have til late in the day. I stopped craving meat, and actually became a vegetarian without consciously deciding to. Lost 10 lbs, and have more energy than before I started using it. Vitamineral Green also acts as a gentle detox to the system, so when you start taking it, use under 1 teaspoon per serving! Work up to 1-2 tbsp, over time.Vitamineral Green 16 Oz. Version 3.8 |
