Any MC Hammer fan will truly enjoy this video. Hammer took rap music to a totally different level with his high powered dance moves & grooves. As soon as you put in the DVD, you'll be dancing for the rest of the night. This DVD brings back memories with different dance moves as well as the 80's fashion, hair, & flare. Everytime my friends & family come over to visit me, they want to watch this DVD. It's also an awsome workout tape as well. Definately worth it to buy this DVD to add to your collection. Please do not let your friends/family borrow this DVD because you might not get it back. That's how good it is. |

Hammer and Exercise |
I like the beat for treadmill and exercise. Hammer gets me up and moving
which is a good thing. It is an older album, but it does get you moving. and cardio is fun when you do it to music. |

This is a great collection. I was however disappointed that it did not include the videos from Hammers Funky Headhunter album (Pumps and a Bump, Its all good, ect). I also wished it would have had and interview with hammer about the videos. Otherwise, to anyone who is a Hammer fan, this collection is pretty good. Buy it. |
