I purchased this beach house for my granddaughter who is now six years old. She loves to get it out and play with all the pieces. It is so convenient to store as it closes shut. I would recommend it highly. |

My 7 year old daughter got it for Christmas and was very happy. It was easy to set up, nothing to put together, just open up and go. It's a large item so you need to have a large room to put it in. Overall, it's a good quality, well built product. |

This was a christmas present for my 8 year old. She has been through many Barbie houses, and we were very skeptical. but this toy delivers, where others fail. It is very sturdy, well put together, and all of the items are likewise. Nice change of pace!!! It is also just the right size. Not too big like many Barbie houses. My daughter LOVES it! Great purchase! |

Was skeptical but pleasantly surprised |
Santa got this for my daughter (6 years old) for Christmas. Well, let me start by saying Santa was THRILLED that this came assembled already - just had to pull it out of the box pretty much.
It comes with a lot of furniture and little details. Some of the stickers for the wall don't stick on too well but otherwise, this thing is sturdy. My 2 year old likes to play in it too and she can be very heavy handed with her dolls and this thing has held up.
Plus, it's pretty easy to get from room to room if needed. It closes up and will fit the furniture and some dolls in it and you can just bring it somewhere else.
My daughter loves it and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. |

Great product ! There are a lot of very small parts , so you have to make sure no other little children can get there hands on them . If you have very small children around you have to be very carefull . |
