Wish i would have bought something else! |
So, the only thing my 3 year old really wanted for Christmas was a guitar and unfortunately I chose this. The strings make no sounds, the "buttons" up and down the neck make no sounds and basically you have three irritating choices of songs and for me to say that is something, since every toy I own "sings" and none of them bother me!
I'm actually going to look for something else...I'm that bummed with it...and so is she! Oh well! |

Great little guitar |

I read the many awful reviews for this guitar, but decided to take a chance anyway. We purchased this guitar for our daughter's 3rd birthday in 2007 and this guitar still works fantastic. Our daughter is now almost 4 1/2 and her brother is 2 1/2. They both play with this guitar almost daily and we have never had a problem. Guess we got lucky! |

Thought that the strings didn't work, but they do! |
We thought our's didn't work either. Here's the trick...DON'T STRUM them! Instead, you should kind of pull up on them after pressing the "one note" button on the main part of the guitar.

I apparently missed the description part that states that the strings work. I didn't expect them to, so I was not disappointed. My daughter (and all of her friends...including me) love playing with this toy. She is crazy about the Disney Princesses and the fact that she can sing along with the songs and hear her voice come out of the speaker is priceless!! Ours is over a year old and has been played with over and over again and it is still in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this for any little girl who loves the Disney Princesses and who loves to sing and perform. It's great!! |

I bought this guitar for my 3 year old daughter who is crazy about the Disney Princess line. All the features worked except for the string feature. At this price I expect it to work properly so I took it back and exchanged it for another one. Again we had the same problems with the new one. I guess I'll take it back and try another brand. |
