DOES NOT CLIP TO A GRACO INFANT CAR SEAT! |
|
I bought this to attach to my daughter's infant car seat. Big mistake! It did not stay clipped and kept falling down on top of her. I then bought the Tiny Love Sunny Stroll Arch as a replacement as that has an adjustable clamp and though that clamped on ok, the clamp eventually cracked after 1 week of use making it both dangerous and un-useable. I am very disappointed in the Tiny Love stroller arches! |

Doesn't fit |
|
I imagine this is a very cool toy. But it doesn't work with my Graco SafeSeat. My son screams bloody murder in the car and I was hoping this would work to help entertain him. The clips were EXTREMELY hard to open, but when I did manage to sort of get it to stay on the seat the toys were banging the poor guy in the nose. So sad... |

My son loves this arch |
I originally bought this arch because whenever I had to put my son down I would put him in the baby papsan, which is very convenient, but very boring. The moment I snapped it on, his eyes lit up, and he grabbed the toys and shoved them into his mouth, which I took as a good sign! Now that he's almost 6 months old, he seems to be losing interest in it, so I would say it's better for babies 2 to 5 months old.
The arch seemed to do a good job of entertaining him - on the one hand, he is able to pull the toys towards him, and on the other, he loves the crinkly sounds they make.
I personally liked that we've been able to use it on his carseat and swing as well. It's gotten a lot of use and is a good deal for the money.
The other reviewers are right - the clips don't always attach well or stay on. Because my son liked the arch so much, I didn't want to take it away, so I just made sure to supervise him when he played with it. Overall, it really helped in keeping him entertained when he would have otherwise been fussy and upset at being strapped to a chair. |

Buys you time when eating at restaurants! |
|
My daughter loves Tiny Love products (we have the gym, mobile, and all of the Fruity Pals) and likes to bat at the animals on the Tropical Arch. She was 4 months old when I bought this, and still likes it one month later. The arch is bright and colorful and the snail plays music. The clip is tricky to attach to our Graco Snug ride carseat, but it is still worth it even if I have to reattach it. My husband and I were actually able to finish our dinners at a restaurant without scarfing down our food because she was entertained. |

Better products out there |
We didn't have this toy for long because it would not clip onto anything. I bought initially for the carseat on the road, (can't have the bar up while driving) but it wouldn't clip on to the carseat. It also didn't clip on to his bassinet. There was no point in having this toy, so we returned the item.
As other people said it would collapse easily.
Instead I use the Lamaze: Link Along Friends. I clip those to the hood of the carseat while driving. He loves to play with those toys. |
