Design scratches off over time |

I am now on my second set of placemats. The first ones I used on a hardwood surface and within a few weeks my children (2 and 4 years) scratched off almost half of the picture just from moving and rubbing them against the table when eating. There is no backing to protect the underside of the drawing, you can use your nail to scratch it off. My kids love them though and they are the only backyardigans one I can find, so I bought two more and made sure to use them over a table cloth. They are holding up a little better, but I still have to be careful when washing them and storing them. |

First of all, in the description it says you get 2 of them. I only received one. And they shipped it in a box that was way too big so they can hit you for the shipping. I basically paid $15 for one placemat. |
