broken hinge, can't get a replacement, disappointed |
I ordered this baby keepsake frame hoping to preserve my bb's footprint. But when I received it, I found the bottom hinge is broken. When I tried to get a replacement from Marketadvisory, I was told they can't do that with this vendor. I thought about buying another one, but since bb grows so fast, I think by the time I got the second frame, assuming it's got no problem, my bb's foot will be a lot bigger. So I decide to give up.

Nice product |
This was a gift for a friend. She said the clay was very easy to work with and after the first failed attempt to get her infant's foot mark she was able to re-roll the clay to set it again.
I viewed the end product and it looks very nice. |

Great Grandparent Gift |

We ordered three: one for each set of grandparents and one for ourselves. They are sooo cute. The only problem is that the adhesive for the footprint fails and the footprint falls. It happened on all three! The problem is easily solved with a little superglue, and it still makes a great gift. |

Absolutely Adorable |

This is is something that you must buy for your own baby or as a gift. It is VERY easy to make the footprint and it looks great when completed. There was even enough left over for me to make a handprint as well. They only negative that I have is that it is only offered in mohagany which may or may not go with your decorating scheme. |
