Easy quick installation. Had slight problem with sound and picture, but easily solved by selecting options in computer. Company does provide consumer help. |

it seems that this web cam does not work with windows vista ,when installed it wipe out computer sound driver had a heck of a time trying to install drivers computer ok now with com stxcam |

This product is OK it took a little while to make it work through Skype. The video has a lot of snow for that reason I would rather use a laptop that has a Quickcam built in! |
