Sandisk falsh drive |

I'm not satisfied with this product, first of all the packaging was too difficult to open i had to get a huge scissors to open it, then when i do the product look great, but then i'm looking for the Lanyard and its NOT THERE , i was like WHAT how am i to keep track of this tiny flash drive, next, i hooked it up to my computer and then when the light comes on its like the flash drive is cracked or not fitted properly cause i see all in it. But, its never let me down performance its great just those two issues im not happy about. |

One tough key |

Sadly I have washed and dried the 4GB Titanium flash drive twice. I got really upset the first time as I thought there goes a wasted investment. To my surprise it worked as if nothing happened at all. In short the drive is a life saver and it's very durable. The one problem I had was that the slide out contact sometimes doesn't lock properly and you have to fidget with it to get it to slide/lock into the USB port correctly. |

Annoying & Confusing |
Bought this device as I was thinking it would be another easy-to-use SanDisk product. I guess it does fulfill the basic function you expect from a memory stick; HOWEVER two things are hugely annoying: 1) When you plug in the device for the first time, you receive a message that it has been installed successfully. Yet, the device does not identify itself with a name; so if you have several removable USB storage devices hooked up at the same time (also not specifically identified) then the guessing game begins. I wanted a simple back-up memory stick - why do I have to click on/push fifteen buttons to find out where to drag the data to, and how to safely remove the hardware before unplugging it ...?
Very annoying and NOT AT ALL customer friendly -as other reviewers have remarked before me- are the constant reminders to sign-up for the online features. (It'll be a cold day in hell when I trust an online site with my personal data ...!!!)
In short: I'm thinking about returning it - too annoying and too much hassle, even for $40 (which is what I still paid for it). |
